Ken
President
Ken Losch serves as President of the Board of Directors for Steps to Success, where he is committed to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting initiatives that empower individuals to achieve long-term success. With a background in leadership, education, and business development, he brings a collaborative, strategic approach to mentoring and organizational growth. Ken is passionate about helping others identify their strengths, develop practical skills, and build the confidence needed to reach their personal and professional goals. His experience leading diverse teams and developing people enables him to provide meaningful guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective to those he mentors. As a former parent to a Steps student, this program has given my daughter a wonderful experience, that I felt it was something that I wanted to give back to when I joined in the board in 2025.

Cathy
Treasurer
Cathy has 25 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience which gives her insight for the board.
