Michelle Harbaugh
Executive Director
​
Michelle is the founding director of Steps to Success.After graduating from Millersville University with a BSE in ElEd, Michelle worked as a substitute teacher in Lancaster and Delaware Counties. Her first full time position was at Wynnefield Academy in Philadelphia. She also worked for Associated Day Care Services on Jackson Street, Philadelphia. It was these experiences & her need for fields, trees & cows that brought her back to Lancaster County.

Adriana Witman
Early Education Administrative Director​

Adriana has been in child care since 2010. She was a toddler teacher for 6 years before pursing school age. In 2019, Adriana graduated from HACC with her associates in Early Childhood Education. She first joined Steps to Success during the summer of 2019 after being recommended there by a family in her before and after school program. In 2020, Adriana returned to Steps in the role of School Age Program director to oversee the new Conestoga Valley School Age Sites. She currently holds a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern University in Early Childhood Education. She is enrolled to obtain her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership at Walden University. She is also a CDA Specialist through Yourcouncil for Infant/Toddler and Pre-K.

Emma Rivera
School Age Administrative Director​

Emma has been in the early childhood field since 2019. She joined Steps to Success when the new CV school age programs opened as the Leola Site Director. She briefly left to pursue a role in a Kindergarten Enrichment program but later returned to Steps as the lead toddler teacher. Emma graduated in 2023 from Millersville with her degree in Social Work and her Director's Certificate.

Olivia Riley
Family Services Administrator

Olivia began her Steps to Success journey as a summer camp teacher in 2022. She has since graduated from Millersville University with her Master's Degree in Social Work. During her time with Steps she has grown administratively, overseeing the former Pre-K Counts program and now developing a social/emotional curriculum to utilize within our programs. She works closely with families to obtain needed resources in the community and works with Behavioral Support at all our locations.
