Executive Director

Michelle is the founding director of Steps to Success.After graduating from Millersville University with a BSE in ElEd, Michelle worked as a substitute teacher in Lancaster and Delaware Counties. Her first full time position was at Wynnefield Academy in Philadelphia. She also worked for Associated Day Care Services on Jackson Street, Philadelphia. It was these experiences & her need for fields, trees & cows that brought her back to Lancaster County.

Early Education Administrative Director​

Adriana has been in child care since 2010. She was a toddler teacher for 6 years before pursing school age. In 2019, Adriana graduated from HACC with her associates in Early Childhood Education. She first joined Steps to Success during the summer of 2019 after being recommended there by a family in her before and after school program. In 2020, Adriana returned to Steps in the role of School Age Program director to oversee the new Conestoga Valley School Age Sites. She is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies and will have her teaching certification by the end of 2024. 

School Age Administrative Director​

Emma has been in the early childhood field since 2019. She joined Steps to Success when the new CV school age programs opened as the Leola Site Director. She briefly left to pursue a role in a Kindergarten Enrichment program but later returned to Steps as the lead toddler teacher. Emma graduated in 2023 from Millersville with her degree in Social Work and her Director's Certificate.
