Michelle Harbaugh

Executive Director

Michelle is the founding director of Steps to Success.
After graduating from Millersville University with a BSE in ElEd, Michelle worked as a substitute teacher in Lancaster and Delaware Counties. Her first full time position was at Wynnefield Academy in Philadelphia. She also worked for Associated Day Care Services on Jackson Street, Philadelphia. It was these experiences & her need for fields, trees & cows that brought her back to Lancaster County.

Adriana Witman

School Age Administrator

Adriana has been in child care since 2010. She was a toddler teacher for 6 years before pursing school age. In 2019, Adriana graduated from HACC in 2019 with her associates in Early Childhood Education. In 2020, Adriana returned to Steps in the role of School Age Program director to oversee the new Conestoga Valley School Age Sites.

Lori Rowe

Child Care Director

Lori has been investing in the early childhood education field since 2003. She joined Steps to Success in January 2016. In 2020, Lori graduated with an associates degree in Early Care and Education from HACC. Lori loves helping facilitate families on their journey at Steps as the child care director.

Emma Rivera

School Age Assistant Administrator

Emma has been in the early childhood field since 2019. She joined Steps to Success when the new CV school age programs opened as the Leola Site Director. She briefly left to pursue a role in a Kindergarten Enrichment program but later returned to Steps as the lead toddler teacher.

Lourdes Berke

Administrative Assistant

Lourdes has been in the early childhood field for 25 years. She joined Steps to Success in 2007 as an Assistant Teacher. In 2010, Lourdes graduated from HACC with her Associates in Early Childhood Education. She has also worked in Lancaster City Head Start. Her passion has always been her love for children!
